I am trained in multiple approaches to mental health therapy including psychodynamic, object relational, existential, and cognitive behavioral as a direct result of my rich and varied clinical experiences helping individuals, families, and couples.

Education

I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Mars Hill Graduate School in 2005 after 3 years of graduate studies. Prior to my graduate work, I attended Seattle Pacific University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Experience

During my undergraduate and graduate studies, I was fortunate to work with children, adults and families in various internship settings. These included working with K-6th grade students in a public school setting and counseling and guiding college age students at Seattle Pacific University's Student Counseling Center.
